They called me, they told me to do an interview 40 minutes from my house by car, 1:30 hours by public transport, I said no due to excessive distance, they called me again insisting that they were very interested in me and that I would surely get in, In the end I agreed and went to the interview, that was 5 months ago. I am still waiting for a minimal response, I have tried to contact them but they have not given any signs of life. Honestly, it seems like a tremendous lack of responsibility to me, especially when they lie to you to get you to go to interviews and spend your money on gas and transportation. I would give them 0 stars but it doesn't stop.

I put a star because there is no option to give a negative review... I have been in contact with Hays because a girl, specifically Miss Carolina Pelanda, wrote to me on Linkedin asking me if I wanted to participate in a selection process for a pharmacist. I did a first interview with her and she told me that she would tell me something in the coming weeks. When I did not receive a response, I contacted her by email asking her if she had any news and she never responded.... As the position interested me quite a bit, I wrote to Susana Pellejero on Linkedin, since in the description of the offer published by Hays she appeared as a contact for the position. He hasn't answered me either, despite having read it. I even wrote to him twice, to make sure he wasn't going to answer me. I make it public, and I specify names, because it is a shame to treat people like that. I hope more people read it and see if they feel embarrassed. They boast of being a personnel selection consultancy concerned about the well-being and development of people and then they treat the candidates this way...

My experience with Hays has been very positive.
The consultants are very close, they are always attentive and available to give the best treatment to the candidate. They helped me a lot when preparing for interviews to make a good first impression.
In the end you may find an ideal job for me!
