Hello,
I would like to share my recent experience with the recruitment process, which has been very disappointing and problematic.
Communication Problems: Jonatan, the recruiter, contacted me on March 25 and promised to call me again at 5:00 p.m., but he did not do so. The proposed times to reschedule the conversation coincided with my move, despite my request to schedule it the following week. Finally, he called at a time when he was not available, which appears to reflect a lack of respect for the candidates' personal limitations.
Inappropriate Use of WhatsApp: Communication through WhatsApp for professional matters and the language used in the messages were not appropriate. Furthermore, an informal message with errors such as "porno" affects the professional image. Furthermore, despite having expressed my interest in the position two days before by email, I was informed via WhatsApp that my lack of immediate response (=not responding at 10:30 a.m. to a message sent at 8 a.m.) was interpreted as a lack of interest, which is unfair given my commitments and my prior confirmation.
Inappropriate Reaction to Comments: After expressing my concerns via email, Jonatan immediately called me to criticize me, highlighting details such as the fact that I had not saved his number (I had only started the process with him a week ago). He did not apologize for not following through on his commitments and suggested that my comments were unwarranted. Additionally, he threatened to withdraw my candidacy if I suggested improvements to his manager, which is unacceptable.
This experience has left me with a feeling of contempt and lack of professionalism that I have never encountered in a selection process. I hope that derogatory treatment of job applicants is not a norm.
I highly recommend reviewing the way candidates are treated and respected.

One of the worst agencies, regarding professionalism and communication.
If, being a managerial profile, they behave unprofessionally, do not give thanks or carry out suggested interviews... I do not want to imagine other profiles.
