Actually, after receiving some information about job vacancies in Dubai for men, I became quite interested in this ongoing opportunity. I was particularly intrigued by the reputation of Dana Manpower, an agency that has maintained its credibility for years.
However, I had a different experience when I called the agency(2024.12.13) around 5.30 pm. A male agent, without providing any information, abruptly ended the call just saying "දැන් busty පස්සේ ගන්න". BANG !!! While 'I understand that he may have been occupied', a more courteous approach, such as a brief explanation, would have been appreciated.
After giving him more than enough time to sort out his deals i contacted him again and in my second attempt, I politely inquired about opportunities for skilled workers, highlighting my experience briefly.But only had some few seconds because of the rush of this conversation. After listening to me the agent responded carelessly , saying මේ මාසේ නං vacancy මොකුත් නෑ.CV එකක් එවලා තියන්න ලබන මාසේ බලමු. For my entire inquiry that was his only response. So after stating that there were no vacancies this month and suggested checking back next month. I couldt even get any contact number to send a CV or he dint educated me regarding and i wanted to let them know that i wanted schedule an appointment with them for a discussion in detail. But the reaponsei got was 'Bang !!!' They are not letting us to tak.The call was abruptly ended up for the second time from his end.Such a rude service !?
"So, can we really risk our future with agencies that are unwilling to answer basic questions? If they are this unprofessional over the phone, disregarding basic manners and customer satisfaction, is there any hope for a positive experience !?"
