Nadia team Hi,
I have just completed my second term of visa with this firm in Ajman as Document controller in finance but I do not want it any further. Do tell me if any vacant place you have.

I was contacted last year in novemeber for a job opportunity by Nadia recruitment and my profile was taken ahead for the 2 rounds of interview both by zoom and in person. The pathetic statement given from one of their recruiters by the name of Ms. Sowmya was 'my client is very much interested in your profile so please do not miss the interview'. In spite of already being employed during that time I made sure I arrange transport and attend the interview between my working hours. The client had repetitive questions from the previous rounds and at no point could sense their enthusiasm to discuss new things. Hence, every outsourcing firm that hires candidates for their clients need to be careful of their statements. Just for the sake of earning a handful commission from their clients one should not force candidates with pathetic statements to attend interview or even if they progress them ahead for an interview they should provide a feedback rather than making the candidates follow up multiple times with them especially if there were only 3 or 4 candidates being interviewed for the role. I no longer apply or will apply to vacancies that may arise even if they match my profile through Nadia recruitment.
