Not impressed by this company at all. Went all the way there to having told the recruiter had an emergency which is understandable but why the receptionist didn’t get back to people to not come in was lagging there should be a procedure where if that happens you don’t freeze going in to just be sent back home with 0 results. As well you call back to find out what’s going on and about work and the individual says she will look into it and call back as soon as she can and never does-! A company with poor communication unfortunately when some of us are wanting to work and shouldn’t be chasing them

I'm writing this for my wife who recently had a rough experience with a recruiter here, Helen. The call they had was far from professional, and it left my wife feeling really disrespected.

After the call, my wife posted a review about the experience. Instead of handling it professionally, Helen reacted by contacting my wife's current employer. That's right, she actually went ahead and told them my wife was job searching, which caused a lot of stress for us.

What was most disappointing was Helen's message to my wife. She wrote, "I will be calling your employer right now unless you remove the review on Google.
We were really taken aback by this response.

We hope the agency can improve their service and treat job seekers with more respect and professionalism in the future.
