Diversified Staffing Services

I recently moved to Canada and had been searching for a job that match my past experiences for a long time. I came across Diversified Staffing while walking on the street and decided to look them up. After submitting my resume, I was invited for an interview where I shared my experiences. They gave me the opportunity to talk to their clients and elaborate on my background, which led to me being hired as a registry staff for a 4-day event.

My agents, John and Nico, were incredibly reliable and always just a phone call away if I had any questions about the job. I successfully completed my first assignment and, after two weeks, they contacted me again for a long contract government project as admin. I've been happily working on this project for almost one month now.

Diversified Staffing does an excellent job matching candidates with employers. I highly recommend this staffing company, especially John and Nico, who have been instrumental in helping me find these wonderful opportunities.

Guess what? My experience was not different than the others here.
This company sucks.

I was interviewed on may 15 2024 around 1 pm by an asian guy named J. Nico or something like that (he has such a bad handwritting btw).

At a certain point during the interview he mentioned the fact that Diversified Staffing offers short-term temporary jobs and asked if I was open to be hired for one-day jobs... and proceed to laugh on my face... like...he was unsuccessfully trying to hold his laugh. It was the most degrading and unprofessional thing I had ever experienced in my life.

We are professionals trying to pay bills out here. SHOW SOME RESPECT.

The recruiters/staffing consultants are very nice and approachable. I was assigned to John and he never failed to provide me job opportunities. He’s very accommodating and answers my questions right away. I worked on different casual/temp jobs with them and all were good experiences. I even recommended them to my friends! Thank you! 🙂
