I have had a profile for a long time, like years. So like pre- pandemic. I applied to quite a bit of jobs that I was qualified for obviously. Everytime I apply to a job, I don't receive an email saying my application was received or anything. Its like applying to a ghost agency. Then I was told that they can't email everyone who applied, true...but it doesn't take long to email the applicants WHO ARE qualified but didn't get the job. Then they can at least know "hey, my app is being looked at". I applied to a recruiter in the UK, the recruiter emailed me and let me know that I have the skills and portfolio but my resume needed to be revised in another way. I was so grateful that she did that. There is no point to keep applying for job postings through 24 seven for me. Because at the end of the day, I FEEL, I would get looked over because I'm a black woman.

I had the pleasure to work with Kimberly Pare as my recruiter and she has been amazing. She is always on top of everything. Whem I’m in an assignment she always check on me to make sure everything is going well. And if an issues arise Kim is always there to make it right so I can concentrate on a current assignment.
