Vaco

I worked with two recruiters; Vaco and lets say recruiter B. Vaco & Recruiter B both worked on a job but only recruiter B submitted my resume to them. I ended up getting two job offers both from Vaco and recruiter B. Vaco pushed me and when i say push i mean high sales pressure, constant calls and text and only giving me reasons why I should take the role with the client they were working with.

Then they tried to tell my other job offer who they decided not to submit me for to not hire me and tried to slip another resume/candidate even though i already got an offer from them. How do i know this? I accepted the other job offer and my boss told me. I was being honest and upfront and told them about who the job offer was from and biggest mistake ever as they will use any information they have against you just to make a sale. I worked with Rudman & Joslyn and I never will work with Vaco again.

I still have emails and text of this.
Bad recruiting experience with Vaco (worked with both Garren & Joslyn in LA). Was asked to “just interview anyways” for a role I was not interested in, and separately for another role I was asked repeatedly to complete and turn in detailed excel work (and a presentation) as a part of a case study after the company already had a candidate in mind and further along in the process for the role.
It's a pleasant area and building. The company itself, Vaco, kept me working.
