I recently had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Pare at 24 Seven Talent. I can honestly say she was such a breath of fresh air. She was very transparent with the original connection and had a ton of detail that made me feel like I was not just another blanket email. She was prompt and communicative. I really appreciated the follow up and sense of urgency that she had. I could not be more happy with my experience.

This company proved to be a big disappointment and I can see others have expressed the same concerns. I applied for multiple copywriter jobs with this company on LinkedIn, sent multiple messages, and never received a response. Additionally, one of their recruiters, Meeka Diaz, reached out to me about a writing position for Zillow. After the initital interview, I was ghosted. No follow-up. This company obviously doesn't care much about their employees or prospective ones. Like I said, I've sent multiple messages on LinkedIn. I don't want an apologetic response to this review because they obviously haven't learned from their lack of care.

Kim Pare at 24Seven is an exceptional recruiter! She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and supportive throughout my job search process. She took the time to understand my skills and career goals, and she matched me with the perfect opportunity. Her professionalism and dedication to her clients are truly commendable. I highly recommend Kim and 24Seven to anyone looking for a top-notch recruiting experience.

I have had a profile for a long time, like years. So like pre- pandemic. I applied to quite a bit of jobs that I was qualified for obviously. Everytime I apply to a job, I don't receive an email saying my application was received or anything. Its like applying to a ghost agency. Then I was told that they can't email everyone who applied, true...but it doesn't take long to email the applicants WHO ARE qualified but didn't get the job. Then they can at least know "hey, my app is being looked at". I applied to a recruiter in the UK, the recruiter emailed me and let me know that I have the skills and portfolio but my resume needed to be revised in another way. I was so grateful that she did that. There is no point to keep applying for job postings through 24 seven for me. Because at the end of the day, I FEEL, I would get looked over because I'm a black woman.

I was a little skeptical at first but thankfully I took the chance. Hannah definitely is a matchmaker. She has been very helpful throughout the entire process. Couldn’t thank her enough. I absolutely love my new position and the company I work for. I will be recommending 24seven to my entire network!!!
