Never again with this recruitment agency. I worked with them several years ago and was able to get assigned to several jobs. However, they were mostly temp gigs for menial roles as opposed to the ones I initially applied to on LinkedIn or on their website. The recruiter I was assigned to no longer works there but all he cared about was making a profit and never listened to my needs or job goals.

Their true main focus is to assign applicants to any client possible, relevant or not based on the former’s work experience. If you end up needing to leave a position early due to an unexpected emergency despite finishing other assignments in the past, they end up becoming super cold and cruel dropping you like you never mattered.

Fortunately, another chance was given due to the circumstances. But since the pandemic started in 2020, anytime I try to call or email them, I receive no response. In addition, this recruitment agency apparently doesn’t realize that transferable skills is still relevant. Because it seems like every time I would apply for their roles on LinkedIn or on their website when I was still getting any kind of response, the same response was that I didn’t qualify.

Don’t bother wasting your time and eventually being disposed of with this agency. Recruitment agencies are always hit or miss, but this one is beyond a miss and then some.

I cannot say enough good things about Clarity, specifically, Jennie Mescon. I sought out Clarity because I wanted to pivot my career back into an admin/operations role and I was having no luck getting through to places by applying directly.
