My past and present experience with Kingston Stanley has been so exceptional, making each stage of job seeking journey very positive and fast.
The great mind behind this company, Alex, is such a great recruiter, who alongside his hard working team were the reason of getting to take the next step up in my career.
Wishing them the very best always!

I was approached by Hannah from Kingston Stanley for a new position that I recently signed and I was impressed by the very professional service, friendly approach, and continuous follow ups to ensure all details are properly conveyed, feedback is shared and meetings are arranged. Being in the UAE for over 16 years I have dealt with lots of agencies and Kingston Stanley excels and shine among the top players in the market. A sincere thank you for a job very well done!
I've dealt with a few different people at Kingston Stanley before, and they've all been great - friendly but professional, prompt and thorough. I've got my most recent job through them and Rebecca was kind, efficient and patient and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed before I signed on the dotted line.
I had the absolute best experience with Jade, who provided the most professional support throughout the recruitment process. Highly recommend the Kingston Stanley team!
My experience was not good. Applied for a position that I saw on LinkedIn and received 2 two favorable interviews from KS’s client, only the 2nd interview was contrary to the posting, going from a permanent position, to 1 year contract. Being flexible I accepted the idea of a 1 year contract only to be told by the KS recruiter later it will be a 6 months and the the client would like to move forward to hire me.
I asked the KS recruiter if it was “solid” offer and he said he would check with the hiring official for their client. 2 weeks go by, I am thinking I’d see something in
writing, so I message the KS recruiter in WhatsApp with no replies, even though he read them and was actively liking and posting on LinkedIn.
I decided to email the client directly because I had received 2 offers while I was prioritizing KS client and turned both roles down, where 1 company offered me the position.
The client was very quick and courteous on replies and gave me the REAL outlook on the position and said he was waiting for feedback from management. Eventually I followed up again and the position ended up never materializing. All over a 4 month period. I became complacent in not looking or applying for work because when the KS recruiter said the client would like to move forward, I didn’t want to give potential the wrong impression that I was available.
Moral to this sad story, if you receive an verbal offer, keep your options open “keep interviewing” until you receive a written offer. If the KS recruiter said 1. The position was short term 2. The client wasn’t 100% sure this position was required. It would have left me to make better choices. Today I could have been working and not wasted 4 months.
For KS, be open, accurate, honest and timely with replies. If you know an opportunity isn’t 100% tell the candidates up front instead of keeping them on the fishing line.
