The HT Group

Leaving a 5 star review for the one and only: Michelle O'Keefe!!! She is an amazing recruiter and one of the best that I have worked with. She has amazing communication skills and she is efficient. She is also SO easy going and positive which made the experience that much better. I will definitely be referring people in the future to her and the HT Group!!!

I never got to an interview stage. They reached out to me about a job. They had found my resume online. I of course had some questions, such as what was the pay? What was the job title? What was the company? I was told it was too early to discuss salary? Huh? These guys called me. Why would I want to continue a conversation or even start a conversation, without knowing, if it's worth my while or not. Then the guy got rude with me, told me that he thought it would be good to represent me, but after the text message exchange, he said he wouldn't represent me at all to anybody.sound like the guy having a bad day. Especially if they've got him trolling random names from the Job boards, trying to beef up their database of potential employees. Don't waste your time with these guys.

The HT group has helped me a lot. I especially love that they take the time to figure out your preferences and they keep in mind whatever current situations and struggles you may be in. They do a great job of finding you a good assignment that is within your field and qualifications.

When I needed it the most, the HT Group and their staff of professionals reached out to me and helped me secure a solid, rewarding assignment. I can't say "Thank You!" enough to this great organization for all they have done. I highly recommend them if you are searching for a new job or career. You won't be disappointed!

I was working with Sophie at HT group. I reached out to her after I saw her recruiting through Facebook. The position I originally was interested, for she never answered any questions I had for that or followed up with me on that. I believe she had another contract she wanted to fill so I interviewed on a different position for that. (I was interested but I let her know commute was important for me)
I followed up several times on several different platforms afterwords and it took a while to get a response from Sophie. I’ve worked with other recruiters before and they always start off with a phone call to get to know what I’m looking for and my needs, but not with Sophie, I never spoke to Sophie on the phone it seemed like she just wanted to fill contracts, her concerns were not my needs, but rather to fill her contracts. I have found employment, but not through HT group. Sophie has let me know that HT group won’t work with me any longer which is fine with me since she was not very professional or helpful.
