I have just returned to CBSbutler for the third time so obviously they are doing something right! Great place to work and the staff development is second to none. There are lots of opportunities for improvement, training and mentoring and this is very much endorsed by top management. There’s a real sense of teamwork and positivity, plus a great atmosphere in the office. There is a strong emphasis on success, not just for the company but for individuals, all successes are shared and rewarded.

Having worked at CBSbutler for a total of 11 out of the last 22 years I have seen the company grow and improve considerably, the high energy levels have been maintained and morale remains very high. Suffice it to say I would highly recommend CBSbutler as a place to work.

Very unprofessional, and think that might even have they’re own agenda with which persons should take jobs. I have been involved in a couple of recruitment processes and it looks like they are asking people to register just to show some employers that they have a big data base.
I worked as a biomedical engineer, for 6 years now and they had some good jobs in the industry. After discussions with them an interview appointments they just haven’t response any of they’re phones or emails, just to get few months later an email that the position was filled.

I have been working at CBSbutler for over a year, it's the best move I made. The business works with a global client base, many of whom we've worked with for decades. The Management Team genuinely care and actively support all staff in their career aspirations, fostering learning and personal growth throughout. The business has a fantastic recognition and reward program in place for both Sales and Support Staff. There are regular communication events and all employees are encouraged to share their opinions and ideas. This is a company that strives to ensure a quality outcome in all that it does.

I started at CBSbutler two and half years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. There’s a great sense of camaraderie in the office and laughter can always be heard. CBSbutler staff take part in a variety of Charity events and fundraisers, these have included the London to Paris Bike Ride, Sponsored Walks, Easter Egg Raffles and Cake sales as well as general donations, all largely supported by the Directors.
The salary is competitive and there is an opportunity to earn additional bonus via Objectives and an Appraisal scheme. Regular Competitions and Awards are given out to staff too. My work is varied and interesting and I am continually learning more about the Recruitment Industry. On the whole a fantastic place to work, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
