I have had the best experience in the hiring process ever !. There were 3 persons involved in the process, all of them went above and beyond to make this possible. I write this review with great dispair as I enjoyed working with Primary Services up until recently. I worked with this company since 6/14/2021 through Valentine’s Day of this year when I was terminated. I was welcomed with opened arms by Mariela T., Casimira C., and the NRG family. I voiced my wants and needs and everyone did their due diligence as long as I kept lines of communication open. I moved up in my position fairly quickly as I became a VLC, floor support/mentor, and assisted with several special projects from month two of being there. The name Vixama always rang bells in a positive light. Being hired on permanently with NRG had always been a topic of discussion for me and I’ve declined or shown no interest as I truly loved working with Primary and having Mariela as my supporter. The reason I give this company a 2 stars is because I was let go and I know this could have been avoided if I was working with the same individuals I started off with. I do not mind change at all, however I will not tolerate being lied to, manipulated, and not supported by who is supposed to be considered an onsite supporter. Bertha Renovato has never had my best interest at heart. Although I use words like ‘manipulation,’ I do not write this review with emotion. I write it with logic as I have proof of the lies and deceit Bertha has done which has now costed my job. I do not blame Bertha solely for my release. I am very aware of my performance not matching what it used to be when I first started off with this company. I blame Bertha for not advocating for me as she should have when I voiced my concerns time and time again. Months ago… we could have worked together to find other solutions instead she would try her hardest to cut meetings short only to have me sign a written and verbal warning. My cries is what made the meetings longer than she intended bc I wanted her to know how much I need my job and I’m trying. I thought my seniority and hard work I’ve put into this company would have made a difference and it did not. Here are a timeline of events…

11/10/2022: I contacted Bertha requesting VRH as I had a family emergency. She advised me to contact the sick line although there was VRH available. She stated she was not at her desk, but will request it when she returns.

11/11/2022: I sent Bertha a text to follow up on the VRH. No response.

11/15/2022: I sent Bertha a Teams message following up again on the VRH request. Bertha apologized and stated she did not get around to doing it as she had to facilitate a new hire orientation and attend a funeral afterwards. I sent my condolences, but later was informed there was in fact NOT a new hire class going on at this time. Casi was informed of this to see if they could backdate on the request, but nothing could be done.

Fast forward to when I moved over to Webchat and eventually had to work with Bertha directly for any and all of my supporting needs as my previous recruiter, Mariela, had changed job roles.

Got hired on with Webchat around March of 2023.

Throughout training, I quickly realized that I mistakenly made the wrong decision and should have stayed in my previous position. I voiced these concerns to previous coaches, but they would not allow me back as they stated my new role was secured.

Not sure of timeframe as I am now locked out of Teams: There was another young lady to replace Mariela and Mariela ensured to meet with me to introduce me to her, so I can become comfortable working with her. In this meeting, I voiced the same concerns I did with the coaches about wanting to transition because I felt as though Webchat was not for me. Let it be for the record that I’ve always stated I will put my best forward any time I made statements as such. Throughout this meeting, I was praised for my dedication. Shortly after I get an interview for CSMR. (Didn’t get the role, but rightfully it went to another woman who had been with NRG longer than I have been with Primary)
