Charise Spedale is my recruiter. I’ve known Charise for over 15 years. When Charise calls, you don’t skip over it. Charise works with only the top clients. She’s compassionate, kind, but will always give you honest feedback. She’s also worked as an EA, so she truly understands all facets of the job. Charise placed me in my forever job in April 2024, and I am so happy. She painted the most honest picture of what working in this role would be like daily. I am very disappointed by this company and staff and now I am feeling as if they are racist. The jobs posted on site are 102% matching by my skills set and qualification. And max in 2 days there is regret email that my skills doesn’t match with client requirement whereas systems says 10/10 skills match so I’m a very good fit. Secondly in some incidents I got feed back of regret in 5 minutes as if someone is sitting there and already has decided not to help her and proceed with her resume that’s racist. I tried calling in person to explain and requested to connect me with recruiter mention on job post and operator never contacted me so I’m shocked to see reviews here that how Krista or anyone took care of others and why they are treating me in such way??? You need to treat everyone on basis of skill set and qualification not their origin age and religion as that’s not at all professional and honest with your responsibility!!!!
