I first reached out through the site on 8/31/23 and never heard anything back. I then reached out again on 9/23/23 and didn't hear anything from a recruiter until around 10/11/23. After that, I was told to email any time that I applied for jobs on their site which ended up being a total of 5 jobs. Every time after I submitted an application, I ended up being told that I wasn't a good fit for the role. Some of which the recruiter told me to apply for, so I am not sure why that would be a valid reason if my recruiter was suggesting I apply. It didn't really feel like the recruiter was doing a good job looking out for me.

After some time would pass, I would try applying for another role that was advertised as "new" (like just posted new), but it was just the same job that I had previously applied for. Apparently, they aren't doing that great of a job at placing people in roles if that's the case because I experienced it with more than one role.

I haven't heard from the so-called recruiter since December 2023. You do better at finding another agency that actually values your time and will advocate for you to get a job. It was a waste of my time, and I gained absolutely nothing from working with Murray Resources.

As a job-seeker, my experience with Murray Resources has been outstanding! I have been very comfortable working with them through this process. From the beginning when they reached out to me regarding a specific position opportunity that matched my skills and experience, I have been more than pleased with the recruiter, Ryan Haywood. He has provided me with great insight and feedback through the interview phase. I am looking forward to the next steps!
