I appreciate Aquent and all that they do! They have been a pleasure to work with/for and the company is truly inspiring. My Aquent Manager/Recruiter & my Account Director are always enthusiastic & willing to help. They were extremely helpful during my initial recruitment. Since then we have successfully been able to collaborate our knowledge and together direct my skills and abilities towards better serving the client. It is easy to go to them for any questions or concerns as they answer all questions promptly and follow through to find the answers if needed.

I have really enjoyed working with Aquent. Aquent is very attentive to the needs of their talent; they are constantly improving their benefit programs, they maintain open and constant communication between talent and agency and are continuously striving to enrich the talents' lives through personal and professional development workshops. I have not given Aquent 5 stars because there is one very important area that still needs improvement - Health Insurance. I feel that more needs to be done to assist with the cost of health insurance. The cost of the programs seem VERY HIGH for a group plan. In addition it pains me to take time off knowing that I will have to cover the high cost with no income and no subsidy. I would encourage a 2 week annual vacation subsidy to offset the cost of insurance at a time when talent has no income.
