Now days transguard losing somany location because of dirty politics ,like pakisthani ,Panjabi company...nobody care company only care about there people especially Pakistani making big discrimination., some location africans,I am damn sure soon it will collapse of if its going like this. dubai security first choice is customer service & honesty person need for security I don't know management why not caring these..

Today my interview withdraw in jabal Ali camp 6 for cleaning Supervisor due to a rude man (staff) on front reception. His rude behaviour and disturbing focus is only on Pakistanis. He make extra questions during paper collection from Pakistanis make a problem and resistance in the start before interview. They show like immigration officer about visa and bans policy about Pakistanis some cities , why he demotivating Pakistani. We appeal to the CEO he is not polite must shift his duty place otherwise it will result into national geography problems because we are humanity we are same . No differences between any nation.
They waste my time my distance my NOL card balance.

I was inquiring for our 2 buildings in Discovery Garden as we have requirement for securities. I spoke to Walid of Marketing Team who is so rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that someone who has this kind of attitude was hired for a position that should be accommodating.

This is Syed working with TG as a security guard.
Its been more then 9 months That i am working with TG as a security Guard and while working here i faced alot of issue's regarding my Duty.
I want to point out just 1 issue.
Hope so you will resolve this because that issue is like a black dot on the Face of TG.
Sir, i was working as a security officer with Rove Lamer beach hotel for more then 8 months.
While working there i faced and issue regarding break time.
Mr Ali ASM Rove kamer beach hotel were not allowing us to go for a proper break as mentioned in our contract.
So i put a query on ESP app regarding break time issue but i got no response from the HR.
Then i talked to Mr Ram our coordinator about that issue then even he didn't do anything.
After 6 month the work pressure was so high my colleagues 4 out of 6 they all got sick including me because Mr Ali was not allowing us to go to break for more then 40 to 50 minutes in a 12 hours and 20 minutes of shift.
Then i again put a query on ESP and this time i also talked to Mr Ali because he was asked in the briefing about our issues.
After that Mr Ali ASM Rove lamer beach removed me from that location.
But the issue remains same i got no positive response from HR team and nor From Mr Ali.
I faced the consequences because i was the one who raised the voice.
Then yesterday i got a call that buss is waiting outside and i have to go for asisment .
I went there with 13 other TG employees. During asisment they brief us that how we do our work here if you are agree then we will proceed.
11 out of 13 employee including me said yes we are ready to work with you.
They didn't ask us anything. We all were selected for cash custodian job.
Today Mr shafeeq From HR TG camp 7 called us. We went there and Mr shafeeq HR told us that you all failed your asisment and now we are terminating you.
Dear sir.
During asisment they didn't ask us anything how could i failed my asisment.
I asked that to Mr shafeeq that I passed but i can understand their is something else most probably my request regarding the break time that's why you are terminating me.
Mr shafeeq replied to me that i know you haven't done anything wrong you were only asked for your right but i have a direction from higher management to remove you.
So didn't do anything wrong but its dubai if you speak for your right you will get terminated.
And that is what happening to you right now.
Dear sir i was guilty but still terminated from the TG.
I have all of the evidence regarding everything i i had written.
I can show you if you want. i am ready to go home if you want but sir you have to correct that thing.
Transguard is a big company and they all are ruining Transguard .
