What adds an ironic twist to this situation is that the agency's partners are Hispanic, yet they seem to identify themselves as white. This delusion is both pathetic and repulsive. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of companies to avoid engaging with such incompetent and racist agencies that waste time and space. Instead, they should be transparent and openly state that they only consider candidates with white skin and Western names, as they believe them to be more qualified. This kind of discriminatory behavior is truly disgusting.
