Before using this agency to find suitable candidates for your company's vacancies or as an individual seeking employment, I would advise against it. It seems that they prioritize an individual's name and skin color above their qualifications or education. This discriminatory approach is disheartening, as it suggests that they still adhere to outdated and prejudiced beliefs. Even a quick glance at their website and team photo reveals a lack of diversity, with all members appearing to have the same skin color. Additionally, the names in the reviews are predominantly Western, further indicating a bias towards a specific demographic.

What adds an ironic twist to this situation is that the agency's partners are Hispanic, yet they seem to identify themselves as white. This delusion is both pathetic and repulsive. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of companies to avoid engaging with such incompetent and racist agencies that waste time and space. Instead, they should be transparent and openly state that they only consider candidates with white skin and Western names, as they believe them to be more qualified. This kind of discriminatory behavior is truly disgusting.
