The female employees need someone to train them, unfortunately, they take people for a prank. Even the star of their loss sent me a message stating that I was a candidate for an administrative position. My personal experience: chaos and lack of credibility in appointments. My appointment was 9 and I waited for two and a half hours. They sent me an interview for Saipem, and when I arrived, I saw that they were marketing me to different companies with bad salaries compared to my experiences.
