Best place to work
Communication and approach seem to lack professionalism in recruiting.
After I submitted my resume, Jonatan, a recruiter, contacted me on Monday, March 25, and promised to call me back at 5 p.m. m. on the same day, which did not happen. When I attempted to schedule a call, times were proposed that coincided with my move, despite previously informing me that I would not be available and that it would be inconvenient to call during the move. I tried to be flexible, letting me know on Friday when I might get the call during my move, but I insisted that it wasn't ideal and I would prefer a call the following week. My suggestion to call the following week was ignored, and he called me outside of the times he had said he could call me, which made me think that he would not call me after a certain time and plan something else, missing the call. This seems to demonstrate once again (consistent with comments I have read on Google by other candidates) the lack of respect for the candidates' commitments or personal circumstances.
Furthermore, using an informal means of communication such as WhatsApp for work matters and using inappropriate language, such as including words such as "p 0 rn o" (instead of "por lo"), are not ideal in a professional context. It would be wise to review messages before sending them, especially if it is on WhatsApp where they can be easily corrected. It makes a bad impression and at some point I started to question if Jonatan was a real recruiter.

I received a message from Jonatan today, Friday at 8 am. m., to confirm my interest again. However, two and a half hours later, I was informed via WhatsApp that, having not responded by 10:30 a.m. m., it was assumed that I was not interested in the position, despite having expressed my interest via email two days prior. I had commitments today between 9 and 11 am. m., which explains why I didn't respond immediately on WhatsApp. There appears to be little interest or respect for the candidates' commitments or personal circumstances. Furthermore, it seems to put pressure on candidates, which is inappropriate behavior in my opinion.

In an attempt to share my concerns after all this non-seriousness, I sent an email to detail my comments and propose speaking to his manager to suggest another way to treat candidates in the process. Upon receiving my email, this time, Jonatan called me immediately, and during the call, he focused on finding arguments to show that I was the one who lacked professionalism, using petty arguments, as if that would improve the situation and exempt him from his own faults. For example, he focused on the fact that I hadn't saved his number in my phone. (Given that we had only been in contact for a week and that he had already reneged on a prior commitment, and had hinted that he would not pursue my candidacy, I saw no need to save his number.)
He also didn't apologize for not keeping his previous commitment to call me on Monday at 5 p.m. m., but said that he had an unforeseen event, claiming that that happens to anyone. However, he never made the slightest gesture of warning to cancel or reschedule the call.
In this same attempt to discuss these concerns, Jonatan insisted that he had never received negative comments about his treatment of candidates in his 6-year career and threatened to cancel my candidacy if I suggested to his manager an improvement in his treatment of candidates.
During the conversation, I felt so attacked and mistreated that I was forced to be defensive and, in the end, hang up to regain my composure.
NEVER before have I felt so helpless and attacked in a recruiting process.
One of the worst agencies, regarding professionalism and communication.
If, being a managerial profile, they behave unprofessionally, do not give thanks or carry out suggested interviews... I do not want to imagine other profiles.
This company (cannot be generalized, of course) is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.

On two occasions they have not respected the LOPD or RGPD.
They called me, they told me to do an interview 40 minutes from my house by car, 1:30 hours by public transport, I said no due to excessive distance, they called me again insisting that they were very interested in me and that I would surely get in, In the end I agreed and went to the interview, that was 5 months ago. I am still waiting for a minimal response, I have tried to contact them but they have not given any signs of life. Honestly, it seems like a tremendous lack of responsibility to me, especially when they lie to you to get you to go to interviews and spend your money on gas and transportation. I would give them 0 stars but it doesn't stop.
