Hirewell

Didn't receive the level of communication or transparency at a professional standard.

Regardless of the outcome and the reasons why my application did not proceed, the reason I was provided from the Hirewell Rep does Not align with the recent hire placed at the company that I was applying for.

Hirewell made an effort to highlight this person in the job description as well.

Comparing my resume with the recent hire highlighted, it turns out I actually have more experience selling into this industry than he/she does.

The feedback I received from the Hirewell rep regarding why my application did not advance, was this:

The company is looking for somebody with more experience than I have selling into that space. Clearly this was not the reason I did not proceed.

What I'm saying is not that I am entitled or better than the recent hire...

The lack of transparency from a recruiting company is worrisome.

Transparency is a crucial part in my development, so I can take the feedback into my next application.

Given the lack of transparency, professionalism, and care.. I would definitely look elsewhere

It is either this entire company is a fraud or there is a fraudulent operation going on in their name. They pose as offering “typing” jobs, after its completion, they send you an invoice with the company’s name, logo and address. To make it even worse, and more convincing is that there are more than one person in on the operation of the scam. They are very good and coordinated with what they say and do to make it seems as though everything is legit. I warn you not to fall victim to this!! Absolutely deceiving!

Hirewell was a dream to work with from the start! Jon worked with me directly and he had me interested right away. Any questions I had he answered typically before I could ask him. Hirewell overall ensures their team knows what they're doing and makes a career transition everything one could hope for. Hirewell in general--and Alex Paul specifically--was excellent to work with in finding my new job.
