Unfortunately, I had to withdraw my application for a role I applied for through Lloyd Connect due to my interaction with Jenny Lloyd.
Initially, there was a mishap as she forgot about our first scheduled meeting, leaving me waiting online for half an hour.
During our eventual meeting, Jenny's tone was far from constructive, appearing hurtful and unprofessional, lacking in kindness.
Throughout our conversation, I felt as though my skills and capabilities were unfairly scrutinized—a treatment I have never encountered from a recruiter before, despite engaging with several others simultaneously.
In the recruitment profession, you assume a level of kindness, even if you are not suitable for the role you are applying for. Unfortunately, I did not experience this with Lloyd Connect.
Following my withdrawal and subsequent feedback to Jenny, she responded via email and phone call, failing to take responsibility for the distress she caused me.
In conclusion, my experience with Jenny has left me with a negative perception of Lloyd Recruitment, and I would advise others to be cautious of similar encounters.

Nadia was wonderful to work with. She listened and understood what I was looking for in a new role and found appropriate positions to apply for. Nadia had excellent communication skills and kept me and my new employer informed throughout a long recruitment process. Nadia had great advice and was always helpful- thank you!

Nadia Mulder has been an amazing recruiter from the beginging to the end. She made this new experience and this process effortless and seamless.
