I am writing my experience based on years with them. They were good, but unfortunately they have become very bad, and their concern is purely financial. I share with them for three or five months, and the worker sits for weeks and they do not answer her, under the pretext of matters outside the control of the company. They make offers and discounts to attract people, and in the end you pay, they implicate you because they return your money to you and do not answer. You have a worker and you sit behind them, and by God, they will answer you and give you their usual response face. We apologize, frankly, you have exhausted yourself 👎🏼

We took a driver from them, and he is supposed to have 5 years of experience, no, and in Riyadh as well, what happened, okay?? The driver's leg was hot, one time, the engine of the car was running after him, and the driver's voice came out. May God guide him to being rude and nervous with the people on the street, and with us, he hung up his cell phone in our faces, but you can imagine the rest.
I mean, he has enough experience that he knows at least how to drive with Google Maps, but also the same thing, he gets lost on the road, and he had no experience. One day the month ended and we went to call him, but he said, “Leave me, leave me, leave me.” And of course, the drivers are all on each other. We came to take the second one, he took the first’s number, and from the second day, the new driver. He strayed
When the second one strayed, he left the car key inside the car and it could have been stolen
We come to the company's handling of the situation
We say all this to the company and call the branch and no response except when we spoke to the main branch in Riyadh and we file a complaint and scraps only.
We want our money, but now they have come and they have dismissed us, and we give you drivers and carts. We tell them we do not want it, but now our money has not returned.
The company does not train its drivers, they have no respect or anything, and they have nothing to fear, no fines or anything

No, I do not recommend them at all

Why does the Ministry not close these offices to them and save the efforts, time and money of citizens from offices whose goal is only to collect money and harm those who harm and disappoint those who disappoint the workers?
