Renoir Staffing, LLC

I have worked with Renoir Staffing for the last 10 years. Times have changed. Staff has changed. The ways of doing things have changed.

As someone who needs regular employment, I'm registered with a number of different agencies, Renoir being one of them. Didn't really get a lot of attention from them before I was FINALLY placed on an assignment, after months of waiting and trying to check in with them. When I would reach out and let them know I was available, very often I was told they didn't have anything, which I know can be the case sometimes but then I wouldn't hear from my recruiter that I was assigned to and he would tell me it's because he's busy with interviews.

So once I was finally placed on an assignment I got very excited... I got placed as a property manager for interim housing for the homeless in San Jose and I was so excited and passionate about this job having been a resident all my life. Unfortunately though, they assigned an assistant to work with me who I'd never met and we were like oil & water together. She TOO came from Renoir, so they could have easily included me in an interview with her or told me what her job was supposed to be coming to work with me, but THEY DIDN'T! So my first week with her, was extremely stressful, so I reached out to my job supervisor who reached out to my recruiter. decided was my last week on the job! I expected to have a mental health day return to work the following Monday, but instead my recruiter just pulled me from the assignment within 30 minutes of talking to my supervisor! They didn't pull HER or even try to ask me about the situation. But just removed ME rather than coach me if there was something I could do! It was obvious I just didn't care about the employee...

I live alone and this job was very very important to me. I was very upset and very surprised since I had been there for almost a month and she got there and in one week upset the apple cart! So Renoir got me a job rather quickly at the same pay rate and I was excited to take it on as a property manager for Vintage Tower Apts in downtown San Jose, across from City Hall. (I was not excited about the location as I was right on the street, but I was excited to take on this role and help these residents with whatever they needed.) Unfortunately it was a one person office, and I had one maintenance manager...The building had multiple issues being as old as it is), the residents had multiple issues, but I did my darndest to take care of everything & everyone, so I'd answer my phone on weekends when my maintenance manager would call me and try to take care of facility issues (like a broken pipe that flooded two apartments), but then I got ridiculed for using my cell phone by the client who had been texting me throughout the day because she was in a budget meeting and couldn't call. In any event, Renoir pulled me from that job instead of trying to help me work through it!

It's very very clear that Renoir Staffing only cares about their clients because they pay their bills! After having back-to-back experiences like this, I removed myself from their system and told Renoir I was never going to work for them ever again.

Occasionally they might have a few good jobs here and there, but I'm just sharing all this so you will know what you're getting yourself into if you sign up to go to work for them. Good luck to everyone!
I registered with Renoir in December of last year at a Job Fair and I was called to work an assignment the next month and have been with Renoir ever since. I really appreciate Micheal and his due diligence on keeping me working. I'm never out of work for too long and Micheal puts me in position to where I'm comfortable, and he's transparent. He doesn't sugar-coat anything because he's more about finding the right position designed to your fit and not about placing clients somewhere just to make money. Like another agency I took a chance on, but they shall remain nameless.
This agency treats me so NICE, I had to post again TWICE! LOL. What I love about Renoir Staffing is, you can be working on a job, and if things don't work out, you are always welcomed back to be re-hired with open arms. I'm currently working back with Renoir after having to leave a position with a company. I contacted my "Big Brother" Michael (Is what he is in my head!) and as usual, he does what he does best. I started working I believe within a few weeks of completing my re-hiring process. And again, he puts me in a position that's a great fit for not only my skills and abilities, but for my character as well. #Renior Staffing Rocks!
Renoir Staffing and Michael, in particular, have always been professional, prompt, and courteous. It's apparent that they really strive toward matching the right person to the right job or assignment. I would highly recommend Renoir to anyone with a focused desire to work in property management or leasing.
Maybe it's just me, but I didn't have a good experience. I've been waiting on an assignment for a very long time. I decided to go with another staffing agency who has me working on a consistent basis. But I'll be fair and say I guess it depends on which recruiter you have, and to be honest with you I don't know who I had. I called several times but it's always I have to wait. But, I also I went to a job fair with them announcing that they had tons of jobs that they couldn't keep up with. But I guess that wasn't true. I feel like I wasted my time.
