I have been working with this firm for about two years now. Brandon Smith and Ken Casaccio have helped me greatly from start to finish and even check in with me from time to time. They communicate even while on vacation and is always there for guidance and assistance. I've been placed at a wonderful company and Brandon will still touch base with me to make sure that I am comfortable. I feel I can be open with him and Ken; they are wonderful people that make you feel at ease. I have recommended Parker + Lynch to many of my colleagues and friends and always will.
Parker & Lynch helped change my career AND my lifestyle. Specifically, Brandon Smith helped me transition into a major developer/analyst role in an international company with a headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. Even after I was initially turned down by this company, he continuously fought for me FOR WEEKS until I received a second interview, and ultimately a job offer.
Brandon prepped me for every interview stage, stayed on top of every conversation, and even went out of his way to communicate with me during off hours. This is far from the turn & burn approach most recruiters I've come across have had; it's also clearly an integral part of how I got this job placement it.
I hope that all other potential job seekers can leverage Brandon Smith's tenacity and Parker & Lynch's reach as I did.
Parker + Lynch is an excellent staffing agency! I met with Renee Blady who was extremely thorough and really took the time to get to know my background and interests. She has been very responsive anytime I've asked about specific postings or just checked in. This agency is by far more personable and pleasant than other agencies out there. I would highly recommend scheduling a meeting with them if you're in need of job search assistance.
Anyone with any self-respect... and dignity... should not waste their time applying to jobs posted by them... that 90% of the time... don't exist. They are fake posting intended to just feed resumes to their database, and to meet the quota of applicants that their "recruiters" (sounds better than Commission-Hungry salespeople), have to meet. Job hunting is difficult enough, without having to deal with this nonsense.
I recently met with the recruiter Renee Blady for a Grant Manager position there at Parker + Lynch and I have to say, the meeting was awesome. Renee is a great recruiter to work with, she asked detailed and meticulous questions so she could get you the opportunity you are definitely looking for. While I was there, she spoke and sent my resume to a couple of organizations where she thought I would be a great fit.
Thanks Renee for the outstanding referral!
