The LA office on century Not dependable too many new ppl don’t respond fast enough as if they ignore your request. If you ask for ongoing they say it is but when you show up the client says “ they only requested for a day or a week until someone returns” if you want weekend work every now and then..yes! If you want a job or career that solid I’ll look into Robert Half.

If I could give this company is zero, I would. This is the most unprofessional agency I’ve ever encountered. I would never work for them as a client or employee.

As a temp for your temp agency, for any agency… there are a few basic requirements you always need to disclose when submitting somebody for a position or inquiring if they are interested in the temp assignment:
1. What is the assignment and duties of the job?
2. How much does the assignment pay?
3. Where is the assignment?
4. What is the duration of the assignment?

Without the above questions and basic job details answered, how could you expect any person to commit to an assignment?

This company has a habit of asking you to accept assignments without having any of the information .

Save yourself the hassle on do not ever work here. I would not use this agency if I owned a company either because their lack of professionalism most likely will deliver for applicants and employees for the assignments you are hiring.

Victor is the most consistent and responsive. When I was laid off he kept me busy for my first two weeks until I found a job. He’s the best because of his consistency very responsive.

I usually don't do temp agencies because I prefer to be permanent somehere. Victor is AMAZING!! I was laid off due to COVID & this company helped me get my life back in order. I started my first leasing position & I can't wait to grow more in the real estate field. This is truly my passion & dream career. I really enjoyed being employed by this company. I was only a temp for 3 months & had a permanent position offered to me right away! I am very pleased with the company I now work for & it was all because I trusted Victor in taking that risk.
