I had an amazing experience with Beacon Hill. Katie Richard is my recruiter and from the moment she interviewed me I could tell I was in great hands. She did an amazing job at offering me positions that not only fit my qualifications, but also that fit my preferences. She was very informative of the positions, answered all my questions and constantly followed up with me.

Once I secured a job interview, she also made sure I was prepared. Katie also reassured me of my qualities which gave me a boost of confidence right before my interview.. which I am sure is one of the reasons I landed the job!

Regarding Katie Richard - Recruiter

I don’t think BH’s process is productive for me. I haven’t had one interview but have witnessed you post countless inquiries for candidates on LinkedIn, which is completely fine, however I am confused as to why I am not aligning with any of those positions. My skillset has matched with quite a few of your LinkedIn posts and this has made the process very frustrating. Katie has emailed me maybe twice and not a single time has she sent me any open opportunities that she posts on LinkedIn daily. It’s hard to believe they are actually here to help you. It’s for those reasons; I am choosing not to move forward with BH.

Katie reached out today to offer excuses and place blame on me. As I stated, I am now working with another agency that has submitted me for 8 jobs and secured 2 interviews within the 3 weeks I’ve been working with them.

If you don’t believe my review keep scrolling, Katie and her inconsistent practices are mentioned more than once.
I’ve talked to Katie probably twice, and it was a waste. When she first interviewed me she seemed uninterested, I sent her my resume and never heard from her, when I sent her an email she said she had nothing that fit my criteria? Not a call, not an email either until recently asking to connect again. Don’t waste your time. I ended up going to another agency.
Loved my experience with this company they genuinely care about their customers and made sure they help me find a position with good pay within my area and keep great communication with me before after as well as during my interviews.
I love Megan Wire she is on top of it, and whenever I let her know I need someone she gets me candidates very quickly! She also follows up to confirm that the employee is a great fit for your department. She also makes sure she gets feedback from the hiring manager when candidates don't fit the criteria, this helps her gain a better understanding of the needs of our company!
