I worked with the staff at HireBetter after seeing a job that they had posted and were trying to fill. My experience with all the staff and this company could not have been better. I worked with Gabriela Mallow,
Abbie Martin and Stacey Beer. They helped me get a wonderful job and they were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me feel like a part of the family. They are so professional and personable and I wouldn't hesitate to refer my closest family or friends to them. If I do, I know that they would be well taken care of. My experience with them and this company was so exceptional that I want to keep in touch with them, just to see how they are doing! I have used recruiting agencies in the past for job placements and I can honestly say that this was top notch and the best experience that I have ever had. The team of Kurt, Francisco, Tyler, Doug, Alisha, Robert, Kelli, Jill all took time to reach out, understand what I was looking for and offer their help. Keep in mind, HireBetter does not work for job seekers, they represent their client companies. Still, they made me feel like a part of their family. Over a several month period they went far outside of what I would expect from a regular search firm, by including me and other job seekers in weekly LinkedIn communication and networking events and making numerous job and networking introductions. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my closest family or friends to them. I expect to forever be connected with them.
I was contacted by one of Hire Better's recruiters for a position and after speaking with him, was asked to complete a personality profile and a writing sample so that I could be presented to his client. I never heard from him again and was contacted via email by an unknown person to send in a signed agreement. Again, crickets. Even though I may not have been a fit for the position, I think a simple follow-up email would have been appropriate. I sent personal information and communicated with the recruiter with the utmost of professionalism and respect. Trusting a stranger in the recruiting process is challenging enough without the additional sting of unreciprocated professionalism and respect.
The staff was extremely interested in finding the right fit for both the companies they were working for and the people they were working with. After passing the initial screening interview, I was asked for a second phone call where they would create a custom profile on me to hand to the employer of the position I was interested. This was the first and only time that I had a recruiting agency go to such lengths to truly understand and develop a better understanding for their clients.

The person I worked with throughout the process still calls me periodically to check in and make sure I am pleased with the company I chose. Extremely pleased with my decision to trust HireBetter in helping me find a great opportunity.
Several weeks ago I asked Steve to assist my wife, Sheila , in locating a corporate position. Immediately he requested that I have her send her resume. Then, in a matter of a few days, he secured her a very good temp assignment. And, by the grace and favor of the Lord, she is on that assignment at this time.
