Although I wasn’t looking to change job roles and move on to another employer Dylan at Randstad found me, discussed the perfect opportunity and got me the chance at an interview. Throughout the process Dylan was very supportive and help me prepare for the interview, even encouraging me when one interview was cancelled due to illness.
After the interview Dylan then worked as a go between to ensure both parties were happy to move things along into an offer that both were happy with.
I accepted the offer and three months into the role I couldn’t be happier despite the initial nerves that come with getting a new job.

I recently got an offer through Randstad. Ana Ponomarenko who is work in this agency and she followed my case really well. She had an interview with me before my job interview and she reminds me what that company needs and what I have. Also, she keep reminds me to be myself and give me a lot of courage.
