I have been working with NewStaff for over a year now, when I began, Lydia was the manager for the agency workers and she was great, always gave me clients reviews, let us know about work and ensured we have a good work environment and a safe way to get home. Over the last 6 months however, work has slowed down, there aren't as many shifts as there used to be (this may be due to clients) and shifts are usually given out at short notice over a WhatsApp group, making it very first come first serve in terms of catching shifts (as opposed to other agencies that allow you to apply for shifts through their apps). I would advise not having NewStaff as your only source of income as they do not always have consistent work and has only a fraction of the shifts that other agencies have available. However, you will always be paid on time and efficiently.
Recently they have hired a very kind and professional manager Dylan, he is super helpful, very organised and has been nothing but professional since he has joined. He definitely makes up for another very rude manager, who has been unprofessional and unfriendly, and has impacted some agency workers enough for them to reconsider staying with the agency.

Was hired by a lovely lady called Laura, however i was supposed to to be paid on a friday and was not, i called up and who ever that horrible woman is need to learn some custom services skills, professionalism and compassion. She was so rude about the situation im still in shock, first she told me there was no hours for me and il have to wait until tomorrow. Then i had called the company i worked for myself and they said it had been submitted and so called back and was handed back to her. She proceeded to tell me they had the sheet and i would be paid a whole following friday, when i questioned why so long she actually had the cheek to tell me its not that long, like shes the one paying my bills, i said its unacceptable because i was suppose d to be paid a week proor and she said nothing then hung up the phone. She has a very bad attitude and is no help to the company! Im actually fuming and feel to go down there snd speak to her in oerson myself! I will never recommend this agency due to this woman! So unprofessional

Not a good agency to work for. Never get paid on time and been let down on jobs and rude staff
