A recruiter just messaged me in whatsapp and asked me questions which are for initial interview. And he said he contacted me for the vacancy "Receptionist and Admin Assistant" but then questioned my profile for having an experience not similar for what they are looking for. Does all your recruiter conduct interview through whatsapp? and why do you contact candidates if you feel like they don't qualify to what your client specified?
