RFS HR CONSULTANCY DUBAI is the worst requirement agency! I was invited to a 9am interview. I arrived before the call time. Until 11am the interviewer haven't arrived only to find out it was a screening interview via zoom. There were many applicants for the cleaning position & just like me they also came from far places. In the end I left and waited until almost 2pm online screening and some of the applicants are still there waiting for thier turn.
The room was messy, has no ventilation and not enough chairs for applicants.
Failed collaboration
time management was very poor
Integrity was lost!

They didn't even consider to hear me and when I asked if they just informed me they don't have any vacancy
The service to attend to a job seeker is itself not there. They just asked to leave my CV on a table. That is not the way to greet a customer, who knows that same consumer may come for another requirement. Well I am not. I do t know about the others but in my point of view it was a bad experience overall

I think it is great consultancy and they adjust all job seekers in any work if it's take some time too
