I'm working with PACT Employment Services for over five years, and I couldn't be happier. The company's commitment to excellence and its employees' professional development is truly commendable. It’s a great place to build a career.

Firstly they put up posts stating they have open positions and ask us to send email, I've sent emails to them numerous times but all in vain as they don't bother to reply once,i tried calling them but no response. Today I went to their office personally walked from Max Metro Station till there office building in chilling hot sun but all in vain as the useless fellow said they don't take walk in service but here on google maps page they have mentioned walk in service, when i mentioned that to the guy he said go down the building and back side there's a office of Derby and drop the CV there. I went and saw a note over there which said Labours/Workers desk, I'm not trying to demean anyone or any work but it was very shocking for me as I've 7+ years of working experience in corporate and I'm a graduate in business management. At least they should have taken my CV, that's the minimum that they could have done. It's really frustrating that even after taking so much of effort and hassle I couldn't meet the right person in PACT. Can something be done about this? Can y'all contact me or reroute me to the right person or HR?

If you are a malayali without experience also you will select they will print and they will give immediate offer letter
Having 2 years of experience in UAE same filed also

My simple suggestion
Just keep management level and HR LEVEL Talented people ONLY
They will hire candidates company will grow

If zero star is possible I will give zera for this the worst company ever they will hire you easily but after joining the will make you cry , they mentally harassed you. I was join in 6 December 2023 and leave the job same month for the pressure and harassment and when I leave the job they put absconding on me. I was in trouble for 6 months I don't do any work in UAE not even go back India I don't have money to survive there.
Then I request to senior HR Renuka Sharma she's very rude and agressive don't have manners unprofessional.

Senior HR Renuka Sharma give commitment to me by written latter I will remove you're absconding you'll go back India somthly but you have to leave you pending salary and I follow that and aftar that I call her she's not respose my call and not even remove my absconding and not giving NOC so I can remove myself by NOC they are fake laier
Never go to join this company if you want mentally harssment then go for it..

Received multiple calls which I want able to answer due to being to busy. When I rang back I say on hold for 10 mins with a badly recorded message saying that I'm important to them... Obviously not that important or they would have answered the call. I then read the reviews.... Say no more. They're now blocked!
