I put one star because you can't do less. They always fail to pay, fight with the missing unpaid hours and lie in their reviews. Discontent is not enough

They give you the illusion of a job, they ask you for all the information up to the account number, saying that you are a candidate and waiting a month and now they haven't even called me or anything at all, the truth is, very disappointed, I don't recommend this to anyone...

I have been able to work with Synergie on several occasions. My opinion is very positive, at all times I have been informed of the entire process and they have always confirmed the next steps to take within the selection process, signing of documentation and so on. Payments are also made within the deadlines initially indicated and in the amounts indicated. My experience has always been very good and I hope I am lucky enough to be able to work with Synergie more times.

Unprofessional. First, they call you to ask if you are interested in a job offer they have written about. You tell them that of course you do, and they ask for all your personal information: ID, nss, cv, etc... They tell you that they will write you an email with the contract to sign it and a small course on occupational risks. Two days pass and after not receiving anything I call them and they tell me that the hiring company has requested several CVs and that I have not been selected, that right at that moment they were writing an email for the non-selected candidates. I never received that email, if I didn't call them I would still be waiting.

Some unpresentable ones without any type of seriousness. I am traveling from Extremadura to Malaga for an interview for a festival that is going to be held with numerous hires. Let me comment first of all that logically I have experience in organizing events. Well, the place where they meet you is full of people and we can't all fit in, without even turning on the air conditioning and with an hour late for the interview at the scheduled time. After the meeting and after having informed us of the urgent need to make the hires, they tell us that we will receive an SMS with both the affirmative and negative response to the selection process that same afternoon or at most the next morning, a fact that I am still waiting for. Since this SMS did not arrive, I contacted them at first and after providing my information they told me that I have been selected and that I should shortly receive an email with the contract and more information. The days continue to pass and I receive nothing, so I contact them again and in this case they tell me that I have finally been put on reserve because, what a coincidence, the organizing company has decided from one day to the next to reduce the number by half of hiring and that I was number 1 in the reserve 🤣
In short, once again companies of this type continue to play with people's dreams and time for their sole benefit. Of course, the personal data that we had to fill out is in their possession to do with them as they see fit, for their benefit as well.
