A COMPLETE Scam of an agency. They made us paid for the service! We hired the nanny who worked for 6 days, 4 of those days we weren’t even at the country! Then the nanny went to the agency saying that she wanted to end the contract that she had signed the previous day. The agency NEVER EVEN GAVE US A CALL TO HELP SORT THE MATTER! The agency completely fooled us and made it seem as if we were firing the nanny so they wouldn’t pay us back the money nor help us find a substitute! A COMPLETE SCAM! Decided to make it public as we are on the process of filing a lawsuit against them and alerting the Spanish authorities about this company!
