We were desperate to find a good helper for my mother, for months we had tried hard to find someone reliable, through contacts, friends etc, but we had so many bad experiences. The agency was recommended by some friends and it was such a relief. In less than a week they found someone kind and professional that knew since the first moment how to manage. This agency is approachable and reliable on their applicants,they always monitoring about the situation between me and my employer. If they are treating me well or not . I still recommend this agency on my fellow applicants to get a job here. Even though I had a bad experience on my previous employer in a swedish family. The agency is not involved what's happening between the helper and the employer, agency help us to get a job and to give a helper on their clients. However in my experience on my previous employer is not fair,at the beginning I ask them about the holidays and they say we don't have a contract so they don't give me a holiday, or else it's ok for them I didn't work if they have holiday but they deduct my salary. Actually before they hired me,they already have a maid she worked their more than one month then she left also. Unfortunately I left my job also in that family, it's hard to understand them. They didn't communicate me in person even we are at home all day,they always talk to me through our group chat with her husband. A lot of complains sending photos and messages from them. That's why I'm stressing me so much, I can't focus on my work. And they didn't respect the privacy on their maids even my day off they keep sending photos on their complains. I wanted to say if you want to stay long time your helper be kind and fair. And treat them well don't treat like a slave! ~Honey~

I hired Marypoppins to find a stay-in-maid, paid them one monthly salary to find the right one. The first one was sick every Monday in a row for 7 weeks. The second one just packed up and left without saying a word. Now, as I asked them to find new candidates they say their policy says they have to charge me yet another months salary to even give me options 🤦🏻‍♂️😅 Not at all happy to say the least.
