I have made more than 20 calls and two emails because tomorrow I start a part-time job and I want to notify it to know the procedures to follow... if I am left without benefits to be able to combine or anything that may arise, it will be my fault. ? You have very little shame
The security could not have been more rude, ill-mannered and the least professional I have ever seen. I didn't have time to tell him my problem when he already told me that he couldn't help me, empathy 0. When he asked to speak to a superior since he didn't even respond coherently, he kicked a security pole and went to call the administrative.
They have treated me terribly, they have not even let me in to be treated. The security guards at the door were very blunt and sharp, they did not treat me well at all. They leave you on the street in the heat and they don't stop dragging their feet.
I went by appointment and everything was perfect. Maximum punctuality and excellent service in my case for a query regarding improper payments by the SEPE.
