I am a professional with 27 years of experience in accounting, treasury and taxation in large companies in sectors such as consulting, banking, investment, real estate, insurance, and professional collaborations in financial departments of companies such as Coca Cola, Novartis, Mediapro, Almirall, Toyota Lexus and CaixaBank, among others. With these lines, today 09/07/2023, I am going to comment on my first, and of course, last experience with this "Human Resources Consultant". After the recent closure of the company where I worked, I have started actively looking for a new job opportunity. For this reason, I signed up last 08/18/2023 through Infojobs, for an Accounting Technician offer (Company final), published by this "Human Resources Consultant" GD Human Capital. On 08/23/2023 I received a call from the consultant Sara Miguel Cea, to tell me that she is interested in my candidacy and to inform me about the position and the company. In this same call she informed me of her interest in having a face-to-face interview. as soon as possible, giving me this in-person interview on 08/28/2023. After this in-person interview, the next day, 08/29/2023, I receive a call from this consultant to give me an interview date with the company, this interview is for 08/31/2023, the interview I attend. After leaving the interview with the company, out of politeness, I immediately called this consultant to inform her of how the interview had gone and to communicate my interest in the position after the information received by the company, this consultant telling me that she is speaking with the company to later give me an answer. After waiting 4 business days since my interview with the company and speaking with this consultant, yesterday 09/06/2023 at 11:20 a.m., I sent her an email to find out how the process was going and if I had any response about my candidacy , 24 hours have passed and I still have no response from this consultancy and I also note that yesterday afternoon they republished the offer on Infojobs, looking for new candidates from scratch, with which I deduce that I have been discarded, but without any type of communication, neither by a simple and brief email, nor by phone call. That is why I want to share my experience with other professionals who value their work and their time, do not waste your time in this "Human Resources Consultant", you will simply be one more, who for whatever reason, has no interest to the client company. , you will not receive from this "Human Resources Consultant" even a simple response to your candidacy. Tell this "Human Resources Consultant" that life takes many turns, this candidate that you despise today could call you tomorrow to request a professional for the company he is working for, something that I am very sure he will not do, among them me, because you don't want other professionals to go through the same thing. EDIT AND ADD: After the response received here from you. Who are they trying to fool? What they indicate that I did not register for the RGPD is a lie, after 5 working days and an email to your consultant Sara Miguel Cea to obtain a response about the process, you have not contacted me simply because they do not has felt like it. I registered with the GDPR on 08/29/2023 at the request of your consultant, because as he told me, if I did not register I would not be able to apply for the position or attend the interview, which means they are lying. in that I have not registered and that is why they cannot contact me. And finally I unsubscribed from the RGPD yesterday, 09/06/2023, after waiting 5 entire business days waiting for a response to the interview, a response to my email and after seeing that they put the offer back. Very happy to be able to deal professionally this only time with you and to have this great opportunity to make companies and candidates aware of the indifference treatment that you give.
