Eres Relocation Barcelona

The ERES team in Barcelona was a complete joy to work with. I was moving from Canada to Spain and they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. The real estate market is very complicated in Barcelona at the moment, but they were incredibly helpful to set a strategy early on and I was able to quickly find a place. They were always very responsive to any inquiries and proactive in providing helpful information about things like accessing health care services. I highly recommend using their services if you're moving to the city!

My experience with the Eres team was amazing. I relocated from Syria to Spain. and they were very helpful every step of the way.

Isabel D’Ornellas was my account manager, she never failed to help me in a timely manner and make sure I was on the right track of my relocation journey.

Regarding the fieldwork, Laura Becca was an incredible field consultant, who accompanied me for my visits and appointments to help me with the language barrier. She was very sweet and determined to help.

Karmyska Gutiérrez was my immigration consultant, she was very supportive, kind and patient. she did a phenomenal job especially considering some obstacles.

Moving continents is very stressful. but it was made much easier with Eres' support!
Overall, Eres made the start of my new life a bit easier and brighter 🙂

My relocation experience with Eres was absolutely positive! Laura is a great professional, very responsible, reliable and always ready to get the best out of complicated situations. As an example, despite the unavailability of most real estate agencies due to summer holidays, Laura found the best accomodation that fitted my requirements in less than one week! She was always available and putted my interests in first place.
At the same time, Isabel coordinated the process smoothly and with no impediments, always providing guidance and clear information both in english and spanish.
I have travelled and lived abroad since almost 10 years and this was by far the best relocation I could ever get. Thank you!

First of all I really want to thank to Eres Relocation for the amazing service so far. Their clear guidance and management on our relocation journey helped us a lot to settle down very easily.
We felt like we are in holiday and got rid of all the stress under their management. We appreciate the fabulous and friendly approach from top to down.

Our observation is that the people working for Eres Relocation knows their job amazingly, but more over their human connection both with clients and government officers are amazing. We really felt that we are guests of Eres and the people are like our family.

I moved to Barcelona in the beginning of September and I felt welcome because of Eres. Me and my agent (Elena) went to the bank on the first day to open a bank account. Elena speaks fluent English Spanish and Catalan which was great to help me translate. I could reach out to her almost every moment of the day and she responded immediately. She was super sweet! We found an apartment after a couple weeks and she helped me with all the paperwork etc. In conclusion, I could really recommend Eres Relocation and especially Elena , she made my relocation very smoothly.
