Like:
1- Their behavior is excellent.
2-The workers are well trained.
3-The price was an unmissable opportunity with the offer.
4- Their response to customer requests.
5- Their performance motivates me to continue with them.
It bothered me so much:
1- They are flawed by the harsh terms in the contract and the promissory note, which are only in the company’s interest while harming the customer and stripping him of his rights by signing it, and have no legal, logical or moral justification.
2- Their harsh treatment of the worker, to the point that it is like forced labor. Their goal is to satisfy the customer, but they exaggerated it.
3-The unified number: Their performance is below average, but communication with Mr. Fawzi is effective and excellent. All thanks, appreciation and respect are due to him.
