This agency is a real nightmare! Initially, the recruitment part in Romania was ok and my husband and I were excited to work together on the same shift. However, things took an ugly turn. We were accommodated in Boxtel, 30 km from the warehouse, in a dirty house that smelled of urine, marijuana and alcohol. The common areas were disgusting and our room, located next to the bathroom, smelled awful all the time. The washing machines were full of dust, hair and dirt, and the toilets smelled worse than the public ones in Romania. The walls of the room were dirty, stained, and we were only given heat a few nights in four weeks.

Those who lived there, mostly Poles, used alcohol and drugs. Every weekend they got drunk, threw up in the showers and toilets, and didn't even flush. It was a real nightmare. We reported all of this to the coordinator, Sonya Morar, who completely ignored us. Her level of unprofessionalism and ignorance is unimaginable.

What caused us to leave was a dangerous, unstable, erratic driver. When we asked for it to be changed we were accused of lying and ignored. In the end the manager at DP World took us home which showed how little they care about employee safety.

Although we were paying €1,000 a month for a dirty room, they refused to move us. Although they were constantly bringing in new employees, they said they had no more vacancies.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone. They are completely unserious, ignore your problems and treat you terribly. Remember that you are no better than the people you hire. Show some respect instead of oppressing them. Avoid this agency at all costs!

The way you treat your employees is absolutely disgusting. The total lack of respect and professionalism shows a profound disregard for people, reducing them to mere numbers. Constantly ignoring real issues is not only incompetent but cruel. You rely on the desperation of those who come to work to exploit them in miserable conditions, and the indifference with which you manage your obligations is downright shameful.

You don't trust. Before, check who you are dealing with!! Shit conditions, shit salary, and then they accommodate 2 people in one room!! Qualified people!! , we ended up being treated like hell in this one!! Because we allow them! Because of family, household problems... WE GIVE UP... NO!! LET'S BE US!!! WE HAVE NO QUALIFICATIONS, SCHOOLS, FOR NOTHING!! WE ARE NOT THEIR PEOPLE, FOR THEM TO COLLECT GOD ON OUR BACKS AND SWEAT!!!! WAKE UP MAN!! This is what I personally said: Conditions of misery and mockery. Put qualified people in charge!! TUPEUL has reached this far!! , for profit, from the work of others!! SHAME!!
