For the first time in my life, the recruiter did not let me through the "meat grinder" and treated me like a human being. And this is taking into account the fact that I initially rejected the first offer because I did not feel I was the right person for the position.

However, Radek Drzymała, because we are talking about him, came back to me after some time, and the first conversation was loose, honest, and at the same time purposeful and fruitful. It also turned out that I could be a pretty good candidate for the position.

His commitment made it possible for me to meet the client and finally get hired despite several health problems that dragged out the recruitment process.

In the meantime, Radek was supportive all the time, he was genuinely interested in my progress and experiences, his approach should be standard in the industry. It gave me a huge motivation to show my best side and not let him down by, for example, blowing the case.

I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet him and go through the whole process with him. In my current position, I see great development opportunities for myself, and by the way, I am now in contact with a really great person 🙂
