We are an employment screening agency, currently carrying out a background check on a former employee.

Kindly advise HR email where a reference request can be sent to on behalf of our Candidate.

Applied for a particular job they were advertising on irishjobs.ie and one of the recruiters emailed me back reasonably quickly, only to request an interview for a completely different job that I didn't apply for. I explained the situation to him, adding that I'd be more than happy to discuss the job that I did apply for and I didn't hear back.

Very unimpressive service overall

IRC is one of the most irresponsible consultancy firm I have come across. They emergency taxed me for 3 consecutive months because their payroll dept. didn't see the credit certificate that the tax office sent them and they blamed it on "system modernisation". What a joke! As a struggling student with a part time job, not getting paid what you earned because of the agency's inefficiency is the worst. Steer clear folks!

Fyi to anyone that considers working for them at the Guinness storehouse, they are not flexible and put you down as being "on call" on certain days you are not working and want you to keep your entire day free with no guarantee of work on said day. Had an interview and an offer but couldn't agree to the 'on call' days (I'm not a surgeon) so couldn't accept.
