I would give 0 stars if I could.
This is the worst agency in Ireland.
I visited the office twice, and both times, the two attendants—a man and a woman—were rude. I don’t understand how such unfriendly people work in customer service.
The first time I went there, I didn’t have the required documents, okay, that was my mistake. But they were extremely rude, telling me to come back another day with the original documents. The man asked me what type of job I was looking for. I said I had experience in warehouse work but would also like something different. In a very arrogant manner, he responded, “then you’re in the wrong place,” pointing to a poster that said “warehouse jobs.”
The second time, I returned with all the necessary documents. I arrived around 12 p.m., and the same two attendants were there. The woman called my name, asking, “how can I help you?” I said I was there to register, and again, she arrogantly said, “we're closed for registration.” In disbelief, I asked, “what? What do you mean?” since the office was clearly open. She responded, “for registration, come back from 9:30 to 11 a.m. or from 2 to 3:30 p.m.” Both of them were looking at me with very serious, arrogant, and unfriendly expressions.
Why does an agency that is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. have specific hours for registration? Isn’t it obvious what people are going there for? But that’s not the worst part. I give zero stars for the terrible service. If you are looking for good service, go to the Team Obair agency in Inchicore, where the staff are polite and know how to work with the public.

Today i visited the Blanchards town village office of flex source the receptionist lady was behaving like she does not serving Human.
She asked me do you have passport and i told her my passport was expired and it is in the process of renewing but i have IDs such my PPS Card, my Driving license and my PSA license but she told she is not accepting rather than passport.
I asked her if someone's passport lost or expire but they have permission to work and have some other IDs
what should they do?
Are they be jobless till they get passport?and she told me bring the passport or go out.
After talking two other guys working the office i sat down and wait to see the manager but unfortunately they were absent.
Few minutes letter i tried to ask question my lads nicely and slowly and immediately she told you are not allowed to speak any other language, speak english or keep silent i wonder how they allowed to work the reception for someone who behaves like that i am not recommending anyone to go that office until they change or at least tell her truth and because Flex source is Human resource office.

I’d put zero Star if I can absolutely worse decision to go here. I was currently working in a company came here to apply and went through the process of registration and interview afterwards. Told them I have to give at least 1 weeks notice to my manager. After the week they don’t answer calls from me emails or text.
Now I currently not working because of this disgrace of a company.

Hahahah 😂 I just came in and the reviews are true !!! The way the girl with black hair was talking to the customers was ridiculous. At reception idiots !
