The kings of ghosting.

From a candidate perspective, this is one of the worst recruitment agencies around. Most of my former workmates, recently laid off like me, have had a terrible experience with Archer: applying for a job systematically leads to being ghosted, and trying to reach out to a recruiter for help systematically leads to being ghosted too.

Based on my experience as well as from chatting with former colleagues, Archer recruiters just won't respond to you, even if you send them direct emails or messages on LinkedIn. All other agencies at least send out automated rejection emails, but not them.

This type of attitude makes little sense to me, as I know I'll be very doubtful in the future if I ever see a job posting from them again.

Avoid like the plague.
