Very pathetic and unprofessional service.
They arranged an interview today for me at Crowne plaza and they never gave a specific timeline for it! Where on Earth is this happening?
I've worked at India and abroad and never ever came across such disgusting services!
I requested multiple times for a time line for the interview slot and they dint give any info:I had specifically stated that I have to go for work and I need to arrange my shift timings accordingly.
The York team said to me to be present at 730 am on 29.07.2024 and since last week I'm getting 10 + calls 📞 from this agency stating about the interview viz very annoying and moreover they asked me to come before 730!
I arrived by 715-no proper briefing was given and 1 team had my name in their list and the other team didn't have my name and confusion was already created and till 11 am they didn't call me and just gave 1 cup of tea! Why should I starve for unwanted delays by York team! I skipped breakfast and neither I was treated properly;
Many candidates had come from distant places and these people didn't even bother to arrange breakfast or snacks and were not coordinating the interview properly!
They said delegates would be present in person but again they lied because delegates from ?MOH were on video conferencing rather than in person as stated to me during phone call!
I requested them again to please call my name as I have work and they called me near the interview room and immediately sent me back to the waiting room stating I have to wait like I was waiting for nothing!
I finally got fed up after being mistreated and insulted and after I left a staff called me to come for interview- I clearly said I'm not interested and I don't trust any agency that doesn't keep up time line and doesn't keep up their professionalism! I also told him the difficulties I faced- he was least interested not empathetic and hung up the phone instead of apologizing for their I'll treatment and inconvenience caused to me!
The whole procedure appeared shady and there's total miscommunication and no coordination and complete lack of sincerity!
My advice: stay away from unprofessional agencies like York!

Old is gold but never to be sold York is diamond office all over India wherever they have branch with great supportive staff
