its a joke not a company....
imagine being a native speaker of a language and you dont pass their language exam, which is a story and questions that are confusing and you dont understand if theyre related or separated .... imagine being French and they dont accept your french language level they want someone more french than you XD
unfortunately i cant leave a no star, 1 star is too much for this company, unprofessional at all, they could interview and see how do you speak instead of stupid methods of Q/A with wrong questions format .....

I am now getting spam text messages... I asked where they got my number as I have been employed for over 1 year and prior to this (a straight transition) of 1.5 years. All I got was our database gives your our number. I'm sorry please don't contact me randomly, your numbers are blocked, this is spam and not consented either.

I have never used Kelly service or even inquired with Kelly service... Keep an eye out people, DO NOT OPEN THE LINK THEY SEND YOU!!!

There was one on-site coordinator, lets call him Mr. X, that was very pessimistic and spoke in a very condescending manner to me. But as of 2015 (including Mr. X) a lot of the people have been laid-off and there is a whole new restructuring of their staff at the City Centre Office as well as in various locations where they have designated on-site coordinators. My experience overall has been wonderful. As far as payment goes, had no problems with direct deposit straight into my savings account always on-the-dot at 12 AM. I am sorry that other users that gave poor reviews had unpleasant experiences, but I guarantee you that Kelly Services is a legitimate employment agency that works at a high degree of professionalism. Definitely give a try if you're looking to make a lot of money for a short time, but mind you a lot of it is general labour if you have little to no 'credible' work experience.

I wish there was a no stars option,by far, the worst expereince iv'e ever had with a temp agency. i went there in May ending, they told me they would have the perfect job for me in June, so i called the first week of June, nothing, second week nothing. I waitied till the last week of June, and when i called they said no jobs. Why make me wait a month with no details? Then when i try to get another job, then you tell me i should have asked earlier? So why didn't you offer me a job on the day that i came, instead of making me wait. At least communicate with me instead, of just expecting me to sit there and do nothing. i could have found something else during that time.

My experience with Kelly Services Canada overall very satisfactory. From the beginning with recruitment process till the transition to permanent work. Let's not forget this is all happening during the COVID crise, and they (my representative Allyson) were wonderful and helpful, especially when I needed to "stay at home" situation. Always punctual with paychecks and reminding/updating me with needed information.
