I was in contact with Ms. M. from this agency. My experience with her and her client was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency between them.
To add to the frustration, Ms. M. sent me written tests on a Sunday further underlining the lack of consideration for candidates.
Indeed, I was not informed of the oral simulation tests during the client interview, demonstrating a lack of knowledge on the part of the agency. This led to an unexpected and disconcerting interview experience.
The agency's failure to properly brief me on the interview format and expectations further exacerbated the candidate experience.
Therefore, I feel compelled to share my comments to caution others who may be considering engaging with this agency.

They will offer you many opportunities to choose from, and help you throughout the whole process. Maryanne was the person that helped me get my current job. She was very responsive to my email and had excellent communication skills. I highly recommend them if you or anybody you know are currently job hunting.

Dealt with Maryanne, can't say how professional she is and knows what she is doing. She interviewed me and then set me up at a few interviews. Found a job the same week. Months later I wanted something closer, sent her an e-mail on a Wednesday and by Friday had 2 good job offers next to my home.
