I have dealt with Executive Solutions on both sides as a candidate and now as a client.
They have been nothing but professional, honest and easy to deal with. They are my go-to recruitment firm. Susan, Logan and Melissa make a great team. They get to know and understand your line of business, ask in depth questions to understand our needs and then use that information to match us with quality candidates. After a year of grinding the job market during a tough time in Alberta, I found my way to Logan at Executive Solutions. I admit, I wasn't sure about using a placement firm to find employment so was very skeptical going in. Logan took the time to discuss what I was looking for and got me through the door so that I could finally show someone why they want to hire me. I got the job. Then unfortunately due to Covid, they needed to hold hiring me on. I was really worried. Through the entire process Logan was there and kept looking for the right positions to fit my needs (even out of the box ones because he realizes the importance of being employed). He found me another chance to interview and I got that job too. Because of Executive Solutions and the work Logan put in as well as his recommendation to the company, I'm happy to say that I was hired on as a permanent employee after only 2 months of working! Edit 2022: I'm still working at the place Logan found for me and I actually love my job! I cannot express my gratitude enough for not only helping me find 2 jobs during though times, but finding me a place that's a real fit for me.
