I thoroughly enjoyed my employment experience with SMAART. I find that when applying for employment through an agency I was often being palmed off to different people and I’d have to explain my personal situation to a lot of people. I felt with SMAART I had one person follow my journey through and kept in constant contact with me. I felt updated, and prepared for interviews with employers they thought I’d be a good for.
I felt well looked after and confident with my preparations for a job interview. I’d like to thank the staff at SMAART for their help throughout this time.
