My partner recently applied for a role that he was highly qualified for. He spoke with Marcel and submitted his resume. He has subsequently called and left messages requesting feedback regarding his application and had zero response. Which in my opinion is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates. Whilst it is understandable that he may not have been successful on this occasion it is not acceptable for a recruitment business to not provide feedback or even the basic good manners of a return call. A very disappointing experience with P2P from our perspective.
If any of the recruiters contact you on LinkedIn. Block them right away. They don’t help you find work and when you apply you get rejected straight away even though you are qualified for the job. No call backs nothing. What’s the point of having someone in your system if you aren’t going to help them find a job?
I was contacted by Grace from People2People. From the first phone call, Grace was friendly, professional, energetic and showed a true interest in listening to my wants/needs in a company and for my career. She set me up with a company who not only meets the expectations but helped me throughout the interview process with tips and tricks. She also communicated at every step of the way including feedback from the employer. Grace is a respectful, professional, understanding and approachable recruiter who has a genuine care for those she comes into contact with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company and Grace again.
